Due to the ongoing impacts related to Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19), many court houses have curtailed access and limited activity.  As a result, there may be delays for background checks to be completed.  Many court houses have online access to their court records. In those instances, we expect little to no impact regarding our ability to search records.  However, in those jurisdictions that rely on Clerk assisted searches and/or access to online terminals located physically in the court house, we anticipate some delays.

Currently we are not experiencing any issues with our other services including: Drug Testing, MVRs, Employment Verifications, Reference Verifications, Education Verifications, electronic I9 processing, and ID Badges.
